Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences

  • Partner with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
  • Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide associates with the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Proactively engage with guests and address questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience.
  • Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold Dash In brand standards, including guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Communicate ordering and inventory needs to the Guest Experience Manager.
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and retail software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
