Licensed Electrician – Commercial & Residential Solar

Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking Journeyman and Master Licensed Electricians for commercial and residential solar projects throughout Wisconsin. This is a direct hire opportunity with a rapidly growing and well-respected solar and electrical contractor offering long-term stability, strong compensation, and excellent career growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Install solar modules and electrical systems according to code and project specifications
  • Perform conduit bending and pipe installation
  • Work on both roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar systems
  • Troubleshoot and support electrical installations as needed
  • Maintain safe and efficient job site operations
  • Work closely with project teams to complete projects on time and to high standards
Qualifications
  • Active Wisconsin Electrician License required
  • Previous solar installation experience preferred
  • Experience with ground mount systems, conduit, and pipe bending
  • Ability to read plans and follow specifications
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Basic hand and power tools required
