Job description

Sideworx Connect offers positions for both employees and independent contractors. We specialize in placing short-term and seasonal employees, allowing you control over your schedule and a chance to explore a multitude of projects.

We are currently hiring Well Testing Operators to support a Red Deer, AB based project. If you are a motivated team player with field experience and a strong safety mindset, we want to hear from you! (must be local, no LOA available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with rig-in, rig-out, and daily operations of well testing equipment

  • Accurately record flow rates, pressures, and production data

  • Ensure equipment is operated and maintained according to safety standards

  • Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance on testing units

  • Work effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow crew members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in well testing or oilfield operations preferred

  • Water transfer experience is a strong asset

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in remote environments

  • Valid driver's license (Class 5 minimum; Class 3 an asset)

  • Required safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, Common Safety Orientation

  • Able to work rotational shifts including days and nights
