Job description

You have been around long enough to know the difference between a carrier that respects drivers and one that just needs a body in the seat. We are the first kind.

This position is open to CDL-A holders with road experience and to drivers who recently completed a minimum 120-hour accredited CDL school program and are ready to begin their professional driving career with proper one-on-one guidance.

Territory and Freight

  • Dry van lanes concentrated East of I-35
  • New York City and all five boroughs are permanently excluded from dispatch
  • Hands-free freight — no touching, no unloading
  • Seven out of ten loads are pre-staged for drop-and-hook
  • Remaining loads are live — handled by dock workers

Time Away and Time Home

  • Structured rotation: 12 consecutive days driving, followed by 2 days off
  • Bring your pet or a passenger — both programs are available from your first dispatch

Truck Assignment

  • Late model 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner
  • Automatic transmission on every unit
  • Auxiliary power units standard across the fleet
  • One driver per truck — no shared equipment
  • Take-home truck privileges available

Compensation Breakdown

  • Typical weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 gross
  • High performers consistently land $1,750 or above each week
  • Weekly mileage runs 1,700 to 2,300 — measured accurately
  • Orientation week: $300 flat, with company-covered airfare and hotel

New to the Road? Paid Training Program

  • Guaranteed weekly pay deposited every Friday during training
  • Structured OTR mentorship lasting 4 to 6 weeks
  • Solo rate takes effect immediately after training ends
  • Minimum 120-hour certificate from an accredited CDL school required to qualify

Full Benefit Package — Unlocks at Day 30

  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage
  • Retirement plan with employer matching contributions
  • Life and disability insurance carried by the company
  • Equity participation through employee stock options
  • Paid time off that accumulates from your start date

Who We Are Looking For

  • CDL-A license holder, 21 years of age or older
  • 6 months behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer, or completion of an accredited CDL school program
  • Motor vehicle record that reflects professional driving habits
  • Background that clears standard carrier review
  • Current DOT medical certificate and clean drug screen
