Wednesday, September 23, 2026 | 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Event Location: UNC Rex Heart and Vascular Hospital, 4420 Lake Boone Trail, Raleigh, NC 27607

At this event, you will talk with Hiring Managers from a variety of units throughout the hospital, explore the facility, interview, and maybe even walk away with a job offer!


We're hiring for multiple positions including:

  • New Graduate and Experienced Registered Nurses
  • Registered Nurse Team Leads

Participating Service Lines include:

  • Medical, Surgical, and Cardiac Acute Care and Stepdown Units
  • Staffing Response Team
  • Women's  and Children's Services (Experienced RNs only)

How to Qualify:

New Graduate Nurse 

  • Final semester nursing students or graduated within the past 12 months. 
  • Less than 6 months of RN experience. 
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina. 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification. 
  • If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date. 

RN Clinical Nurse II - Experienced Nurse

  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.

RN Clinical Nurse IV - RN Team Lead 

  • Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program. Bachelor's degree (BSN) required. 
  • Must have NC RN Licensure and BCLS. 
  • Professional certification relevant to the practice area and on the ANCC Magnet approved list within the probationary period of employment. 
  • Minimum of one year experience working as a licensed RN.
