Requirements: Minimum 2 years RN experience - RN license required at time of submission: Valid OK or Compact RN license - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Key clinical skills: Ventilator/ventilated patient care, BiPAP/CPAP management - Arterial line and central line care - Titration of vasoactive/cardiac drips; dysrhythmia interpretation & management - Blood product administration - CRRT/CVVHD and renal failure management - Impella experience - Chest tube assistance, sheath removal, procedural sedation monitoring - IV starts/maintenance, PICC management, IV insulin protocols - Management of multisystem organ dysfunction

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a CVICU setting. Monitor and manage complex cardiac patients, including those on ventilators. Administer medications and IV therapies, including vasoactive drips and blood products. Assist in procedures and manage post-procedural care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Effectively communicate patient status and changes to the healthcare team.
