Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy Lab position requiring 2 years of experience and strong IV skills.

Details
  • Work in the Endoscopy/GI Lab of a hospital setting
  • Caseload includes approximately 25 procedures per day, with 75 outpatient and 25 inpatient cases
  • Uses EPIC and EndoWorks EMR systems
  • Shift schedule is 0700-1730 x 4 days per week with varying days, 10-hour shifts
  • No floating required
  • Weekend and holiday coverage handled through on-call rotation
  • On-call responsibilities include weekends (10-hour Saturday and Sunday shifts) and 2 hours Monday-Friday, self-scheduled
Requirements
  • Active RN license (VA or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy experience required
  • Strong IV skills required
  • Technical/tech experience required
