    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN will provide quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and ensure the highest level of care and safety.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver direct patient care according to individualized care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
    • Monitor patient status, assess patient needs, and report changes in condition to the physician and interdisciplinary team.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
    • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
    • Supervise and direct care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
    • Follow infection control and safety protocols.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
    • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
    • Current BLS/CPR certification.
    • Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
