Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Patient Care:Facilitate smooth patient flow through the unit by coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff.
  • Staff Management:Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising clinical staff to maintain adequate coverage and promote professional development.
