Though our detox center serves as our physical hub, you will have the opportunity to conduct sessions from your home office, responding to clients' needs in a format that is comfortable and convenient. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to precisely identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, adapting your approach to cater to diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Work alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client's wellbeing are considered.
• Offer crisis intervention during acute distress, using your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support to clients in need.
• Engage in proactive community outreach to enhance mental health literacy and reduce stigma, contributing to overall public wellness initiatives.

The clients you will serve reflect a diverse range of backgrounds, including varying socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural identities. Your clinical expertise and cultural competence will enable you to provide tailored, respectful mental health care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Your work will empower clients to navigate their challenges effectively while promoting their overall mental health and well-being.

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity while working with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client progress.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services and familiarity with remote therapy platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with community resources for mental health support.
• Previous involvement in outreach initiatives or public education about mental health issues.
