Job Details:

Starting Pay: $19.45/hr

Position Summary: The Loader/Unloader Operator is responsible for the primary tasks of loading and unloading materials, as well as housekeeping duties. This role requires cross training on various job duties within the facility, ensuring a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson Policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate loaders and skid steers for production purposes.

Operate rail car moving loaders for production purposes,

Load and unload rail cars.

Load and unload trucks.

Perform facility cleaning responsibilities.

Measure and manage inventory.

Requirements: Loader/Unloader Operators: Up to one year experience of PIT Operations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities.

Capability to work in both cold and hot conditions.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Comfortable working at heights above twenty feet.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
