A Guest Services Team Member performs guest service duties. Guest service job duties include but are not limited to greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register or iPad. 

Additional team member duties include operating the drive-thru window, making drinks/desserts, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations.
