Thousand Peaks Ranches Inc. seeks a dedicated Assistant Ranch Manager to join our premier cattle and sheep operation in a rewarding career opportunity that combines professional growth with an exceptional lifestyle. Reporting directly to the CEO, this full-time position includes a ranch-provided 3-bedroom home, allowing you to live and work in a stunning agricultural setting.
Key responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive daily farm and livestock operations, ensuring animal welfare and productivity standards are consistently met. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles and specialized ranch equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
