Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Fluoro experience is required. - Must demonstrate competency in the OR Suite, Trauma Suite, and portable radiography without assistance on or before the 90 day evaluation.

Unit Details: - Provides direct patient care while producing diagnostic images in the Radiology Department. - Cares for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and families. - Must competently operate imaging equipment and related machinery, verify and execute physicians’ orders for diagnostic and therapeutic exams, ensure proper preparation for exams and patient safety during procedures, and consult with Radiologists to determine contrast media and make necessary corrections to improve image quality. - Other duties include billing, supplies stocking, file maintenance, medical charting, informed consent documentation, quality improvement studies, and patient history/symptoms acquisition. - Extremely busy, fast-paced environment with volume and pace comparable to a Level 1 trauma center.

Shift & Scheduling: - Saturday-Sunday-Monday schedule. - Call requirements to be discussed during interview. - May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. - May be required to assist other modalities within the department or Renown Health System.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
