• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing coding and enhancing components across systems or applications.
• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem solving discussions.
• Execute assigned development tasks with attention to detail and quality while following established processes.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to effective software solutions.
• Identify and resolve common issues independently seeking guidance when necessary to ensure continuous learning.
• Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and recognizing recurring patterns in software development.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation to support knowledge sharing and project continuity.

• 6+ months of work experience
• Beginner proficiency in Python Automation
• UX Design skills
• SDLC understanding
• React.JS understanding
• High School Diploma or GED

• Beginner proficiency in Custom Application Development
• Beginner proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management ITSM and Software Design Solutions
• Certified UX designer

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
