As a Server at your Morristown IHOP, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVER

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
