Job Description

Are you up for the challenge?? Direct hire opportunity with Austin's top 100 tech start-up.

Are you a polyglot developer who is a master of their craft (Java, Spring), loves mobile innovation, and desires to work in an iterative fashion, testing throughout the process to deliver working software at the end of each 2 week sprint? Our Client's engineers are challenged with integrating multiple platforms into service offerings that tailored to the needs of clients world-wide. We use Mule with a variety of protocols to connect service components. If you have experience one flavor of distributed systems we will throw more at you. We are looking for programmers who understand Java and open-source frameworks but who are also familiar with issues such as performance, scalability, security and testability. We are serious about agile development, continuous integration and automated testing.

You are instrumental to the core platform, our central hub through which our Client processes all its mobile transactions and the back end services that power those transactions. You'll utilize the message broker pattern and other design patterns and develop custom API's to create the first mCommerce payment ecosystem which will solve world problems and makes everyone's life better.

You've developed alignment with DevOps for a continuous integration and continuous deployment environment

You are a believer of unit testing using Junit testing framework (TDD) and enjoy opensource technologies/tools such as: GIT, Bamboo, Maven, Eclipse, and LiquidBase to name a few.

You believe in the "We win as a team and lose as a team!"

You love your Scrum Master and Product Owners as they remove all blockers, prioritize focus for success or just get ice cream because you've had a rough day.

In the end you love continual improvement through the use of retrospectives.

**No sponsorship opportunities available now or anytime in the future. Must be able to accept full time W2 employment.**
