Job Description:

The Plastic Surgery Navigator is responsible for the coordination of all plastic surgery procedures and surgeries. Essential functions of this role include the scheduling of surgery for physicians. They will provide education to the patient about their upcoming surgery.? Collect all out-of-pocket cost for patients prior to their surgery date. Maintain oversite of the unpaid balances for upcoming surgeries.Education: Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: Preferred: medical billing experience and claims processing knowledge; familiar with the insurance industry and collection processSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. Self starter.
