Job description

Let’s Be Honest…

Not all RT roles are created equal.

If you’re burned out on hospital shifts, tired of one-and-done setups, and want to actually see your patients succeed over time—keep reading.

At ProCare, we don’t just drop off CPAPs and disappear. We build programs, relationships, and outcomes.

Why This Role Exists

Our PAP program is growing—and we’re serious about doing it right.

We’re looking for a part-time Respiratory Therapist who wants to own:

  • PAP success (not just setup)
  • Patient compliance (not guesswork)
  • Resupply (done right, not auto-shipped into chaos)

This is not an acute care role.
This is a long-game, high-impact role.

What You’ll Actually DoBe the PAP Setup Expert
  • Conduct in-home and in-office PAP setups
  • Nail mask fitting (because we all know that’s half the battle)
  • Set patients up for success—not confusion

Turn Non-Compliance Around
  • Monitor patients using AirView (or similar tools)
  • Spot issues early—before they become failures
  • Troubleshoot like a pro (fit, pressure, comfort, lifestyle barriers)
  • Be the reason patients stick with therapy

Own the Resupply Experience
  • Manage when patients should be getting supplies—not just when they ask
  • Verify eligibility and keep everything payer-clean
  • Coordinate with the team so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Reduce missed resupplies, complaints, and “why didn’t anyone tell me?” calls

(This is a big deal here—we treat resupply as clinical, not clerical.)

Build Real Patient Relationships
  • You’re not a one-time visit—you’re part of their therapy journey
  • Follow up, check in, and actually make a difference
  • Deliver a “this was way easier than I expected” experience

Keep It Clean (Documentation & Compliance)
  • Document clearly, accurately, and on time
  • Make every interaction audit-defensible
  • Support billing and compliance without headaches

You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Are an RT (RRT or CRT) licensed in Idaho (or eligible)
  • Actually enjoy PAP therapy (yes, those people exist—and we want you)
  • Know your way around:
    • CPAP/BiPAP setups
    • Mask fitting & troubleshooting
    • Compliance monitoring tools (AirView preferred)
  • Have experience with resupply workflows (or want to own it)
  • Communicate like a human—not a textbook

What Makes This Role Different (and Better)

✔ No night shifts
✔ No hospital chaos
✔ No revolving-door patients
✔ High trust + high autonomy
✔ Direct impact on real outcomes
✔ You help shape the program—not just follow it

Schedule
  • Part-time, flexible
  • Mix of:
    • In-office visits
    • Occasional home setups
    • Remote monitoring & follow-ups

Compensation
  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
  • Opportunity for performance-based incentives tied to:
    • Compliance improvement
    • Resupply success
    • Patient satisfaction

Final Thought

If you’ve ever thought:

“PAP therapy could work so much better if someone just stayed involved…”

That’s exactly what we’re building.
