Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Organizer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients create organized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing customized organizing plans, and implementing effective solutions to declutter and organize various spaces. This position includes decluttering one-on-one with clients, conducting walkthroughs, managing expectations, managing assistant organizers, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
