Job description

We are hiring Overnight Inventory Control Associates to join our warehouse team in Minooka, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts, researching inventory discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center.


Location: Minooka, IL

Pay: $17.00/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift, Overnight

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
  • Support warehouse operations by maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Investigate purchase order (PO) discrepancies and perform inventory research.
  • Process EPJ and OP transactions.
  • Conduct spot checks for product code dates.
  • Maintain transfer order documentation and inventory records.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP (Gold Stock) or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
