  • Earn $0.65 to $0.69 per mile, depending on experience

Looking for an exciting driving opportunity in the western region of America? System Transport is hiring Recent CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer competitive pay packages and excellent benefits. 


No Experience? No Problem!

For a limited time, through August 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates and we will train you! Applicants must possess a valid CDL-A license and meet all other standard hiring requirements (see below). 

That’s right recent CDL-A graduates—qualified applicants with a valid CDL-A license may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period and special offer, only valid through August 31, 2026.


How to Qualify:
  • REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
  • REQUIRED: Minimum of 4+ months of driving experience required (for recent CDL-A grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
  • REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road
  • REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older
  • REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  • Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
  • REQUIRED: Background check required
  • REQUIRED: A clean drug test required
  • REQUIRED: Clean clearinghouse results required
  • REQUIRED: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)
