About the Role

We're hiring a Houston-based Recruiter who can recruit skilled field talent and help drive growth through relationship-based sales. This is a fast-paced oil & gas staffing role-ideal for someone who's confident on the phone, strong with people, and comfortable working both the candidate side and the client side.You'll source, screen, and mobilize workers for field projects, while also supporting business development through outbound calls, warm introductions, and account support.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and place oil & gas / industrial field personnel (craft + field services roles)
  • Source candidates via calls, texts, referrals, job boards, and database mining
  • Run phone screens, verify experience, coordinate next steps, and keep candidates warm
  • Support onboarding steps (documents, readiness, basic compliance coordination)
  • Maintain accurate candidate notes, status updates, and pipeline activity in the ATS/CRM
  • Support sales activity: outbound prospecting, reactivating old accounts, setting meetings
  • Communicate professionally with clients about availability, fit, and mobilization timelines
  • Work closely with dispatch/ops to fill roles quickly and solve problems in real time
Required Qualifications
  • Recruiting experience (staffing agency preferred)
  • Sales experience (inside sales, recruiting + sales, or high-volume outbound calling)
  • Oil & gas experience (field, services, staffing, or strong industry exposure)
