No experience offshore oil rig workers usually work in rotating shifts, commonly consisting of two or three weeks on the rig followed by two or three weeks off. While on duty, you can expect to work 12-hour shifts that include both day and night rotations, often in a physically demanding environment with limited personal time. A No Experience Offshore Oil Rig job is an entry-level position on an offshore drilling platform that does not require prior oil and gas industry experience.
