YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSIONWe are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our Gryd team as a Design Project Coordinator. With dozens of ongoing projects, they must be hyper-organized and diligent to ensure all our projects are kept on track and delivered on time to our clients’ satisfaction. The Design Project Coordinator must have a keen eye for design, communicating and coordinating with both internal and external partners, as well as our clients, to bring their visions to life through renders. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Support Project Managers by coordinating the delivery of pre-development and rendering projects, keeping timelines and scope on track.
- Review architectural drawings and references to support accurate modelling and rendering work.
- Act as a central point of coordination across delivery workflows, ensuring information, feedback, and revisions move efficiently between teams.
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps within modelling and rendering workflows and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain clear project organization and documentation to support consistent delivery at scale.
- Experience with vector-based 2D software (e.g., AutoCAD, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of 3D modelling or rendering workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or digital media.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfort using project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, ReviewStudio, Google Drive).
