Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time permanent Laser Operator to join our Titan Matrix division manufacturing team. This role is responsible for fabricating metal components used in custom HVAC and data center equipment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on fabrication experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Hours of Work

  • Full-time, 4pm - 1:30 am Monday to Thursday  4pm- 12:30am Friday
  • 44-hour work week 
  • Occasional overtime available



Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions
  • Cut, bend, roll, punch, drill, weld, and form metal stock into parts and products
  • Operate metalworking machinery including press brake, shear, notcher, and plasma equipment
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors


Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment
