Conducts independent research in a fast-paced laboratory studying immune responses to Staphylococcus aureus using mouse models and human samples. Key responsibilities include managing a large mouse colony, supporting animal surgeries and experiments, ensuring laboratory compliance, overseeing laboratory purchasing and inventory systems, and coordinating the acquisition of human tissue samples with clinical departments.
