Laboratory Manager / Director
Full-Time | Day Shift | Community-Based Hospital

Position Highlights:

  • Lead and manage all laboratory staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.

  • Oversee and sign off on completed lab reports, ensuring compliance with CLIA and state regulatory standards.

  • Ideal for experienced Laboratory Managers or Directors — also open to training strong Lab Supervisors or Lead Technologists ready to advance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
