Our warehouse operations are crucial to our success, ensuring efficient receiving, picking, and packing of furnishing orders and storage of furnishing. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to support our customers and marketing efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Job Description:
As an Account Manager (for Interior Designers) you will play a vital role in customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating opperational efforts, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
2. Assist in the execution of marketing efforts to promote our home furnishings to designers of high-end homes, seniors, and retirement communities.
3. Coordinate with the interior designers to ensure furnishing orders are fullfilled correctly.
4. Manage customers, respond to inquiries, and promote our products and services.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and upselling to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
