Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – Independent Contractor (1099)

Orbit Infusion Solutions is a nurse‑led infusion services company dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and clinically excellent infusion therapy in the comfort of patients' homes.

Unlike large staffing platforms, we believe in building lasting relationships with both our nurses and patients. Our team partners with specialty pharmacies, physicians, and healthcare organizations to provide high‑quality specialty infusion services throughout California.

As an Independent Contractor RN, you'll have the freedom to choose the cases that fit your schedule while providing one‑on‑one care to medically complex patients who truly value your expertise.

What You'll Do
  • Administer specialty infusion therapies in patients' homes and infusion suites
  • Start and maintain peripheral IV access
  • Assess patients before, during, and after infusion therapy
  • Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene appropriately
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with specialty pharmacies, physicians, and care teams
