Job description

POSITION PURPOSE The Accounting Assistant II position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Finance Team, including maintaining financial records and assisting with financial reporting.  Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, data entry and managing financial records.  In addition, the position will be responsible for providing Accounts Payable entry, processing and reconciliation support along with Fixed Asset tracking and analysis as assigned.MINIMUM MANDATORY qualificationsExperience:Education:
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in an office environment.
  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Well-organized, efficient task management and attention to detail skills.
