Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential HVAC Journeyman to join our team. The HVAC Journeyman will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and components.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose problems and recommend cost-effective solutions to homeowners.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Adhere to all relevant codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers to explain services and provide expert advice.
  • Stay current with industry advancements, techniques, and equipment.
