About Storm Guard

Storm Guard has been a trusted name in roofing and exterior restoration for over a decade. We're locally owned and nationally backed, committed to doing the job right every time. Our clients' peace of mind and the protection of what they've built guide everything we do. That commitment defines the Storm Guard Way: a disciplined approach built on knowledge, integrity, and lasting trust.

Our Core Values

  • Do the Right Thing. Integrity and ethical leadership in every decision.
  • Act With Enthusiasm. Energy and positivity that lift the whole team.
  • Innovate and Grow. Always improving, always evolving.
  • Show Respect for Others. Every person is valued and heard.
  • Create Exceptional Experiences. Excellence from first call to final handshake.

The Role

You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be out on job sites every day - delivering materials, checking on crews, talking to customers, and solving problems before they become problems. Think of it as the ultimate "figure it out" role. You work with the General Manager, but you own your day. No experience needed. We'll teach you the construction side. You just need to show up ready to move.

What You'll Do

Be Everywhere

  • Hit multiple job sites daily to check progress, quality, and safety.
  • Deliver and pick up materials so crews have what they need, when they need it.
  • Travel across your local area. Your truck is your office.

Be the Link

  • Keep the General Manager, subcontractors, and customers connected and informed.
  • Spot issues early and flag them before they snowball.
  • Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Be Ready for Anything

  • Monitor job site safety and make sure everyone's following the plan.
  • Handle reporting and paperwork for completed projects.
  • Take on whatever else comes up. Flexibility is the name of the game.

What You Bring

  • You're dependable. When you say you'll be somewhere, you're there.
  • You pay attention. Details matter on a job site and you don't miss them.
  • You communicate well. You keep people in the loop without being told to.
  • You stay organized. Multiple sites, multiple priorities. You handle it.
  • You want to learn. No construction experience? No problem. Bring the attitude.
  • Spanish speaker? Big plus, but not required.
  • You are comfortable on a ladder. You will need to take site photos and document the job progress.
  • You are strong. You will need to be able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay. Reliable compensation for reliable work.
  • Real training. Learn the construction business from the inside out.
  • Bonuses. Go above and beyond, and we'll make sure you know we noticed.
  • Tools, a truck, and tech. We don't send you out empty-handed.
  • Health insurance and PTO. Because your well-being matters.
  • Growth. This role leads somewhere. Many of our project managers started right here.
  • A team that feels like family. We show up for each other, celebrate together, and build something we're proud of.

Ready to Roll?

No experience necessary. No suit required. Just bring the energy, the hustle, and the willingness to learn. Apply today.

This role requires travel to local job sites and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year

Storm Guard is seeking competitive, motivated and goal oriented individuals to join our family. We are a rapidly growing organization with great opportunities for motivated and hard working professionals who have interest in building a successful career by assisting customers in time of need.
