Whether you're a seasoned CDL-A driver or a recent CDL school graduate, this regional position delivers dependable miles, scheduled home time, and a straightforward path to higher pay.

Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500, with top drivers earning $1,800 or more.

Pay & Mileage

  • CPM up to $0.65, based on verified experience
  • Weekly miles average 2,200 to 2,500
  • Pay increases automatically every 6 months
  • Extra pay for additional stops, layovers, and breakdowns
  • $300 paid orientation

CDL Graduate Program

  • Requires 120 or more verified training hours from an accredited CDL school
  • 4 to 6 weeks of paid training with a professional driver mentor
  • Earnings guaranteed throughout the training period
  • Pay moves to $0.56 CPM once training is successfully completed

Position Overview

  • Regional freight operating primarily east of Interstate 35
  • Home every two weeks
  • 100% no-touch freight, approximately 60% drop-and-hook
  • Remaining freight is live loading and unloading
  • Day and night dispatches available depending on freight schedules
  • Assigned 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors

  • No DUI convictions in the past 5 years
  • Employment history must meet company guidelines: no gaps exceeding 6 months in the past year or 12 months in the past 3 years
