We're looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team! This isn't your typical call center job. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive team environment where you can develop valuable skills and build a long-term career.

What You'll Do
  • Connect with customers through outbound calls
  • Calling 30+ older leads to engage customers
  • Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
  • Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
  • Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
  • Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally
