Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Who deals with Logistics/SupplyChain/Export/Import/Inventory/Product Manufacturing Data and knows advanced Excel) Location: Farmington Hills, MI - 100% Onsite - Locals Only Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a six-month onsite contract opportunity supporting a sales organization with tariff recovery data management. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional data entry accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Gather monthly tariff impact data for multiple customers from various manufacturing plant teams. Utilize import documentation (7501 forms) and component invoices to collect and organize required information. Learn the different tariff classifications and accurately identify the applicable tariff type for imported components. Complete customer-specific documentation on a monthly and quarterly basis using collected tariff data. Review completed data with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and consistency. Track customer submission deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed on time. Follow up with manufacturing plant teams regarding missing, incomplete, or late data submissions. Support Sales planning by providing historical, planned, and paid tariff impact information by tariff type. Assist with tariff impact forecasting and customer credit tracking to support efficient recovery efforts. Perform additional data entry and administrative support duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Manufacturing, sales support, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
