  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy along with group sessions in clinic
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Submit session notes and documentation as required
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
  • Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
  • Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT certification preferred - weโ€™ll help you get certified if you arenโ€™t already!
  • Prior ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass background checks
  • Comfortable working with children with special needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situation
