We're hiring motivated individuals to join our Paid Sleep Technologist Training Program—a unique opportunity to begin a healthcare career with no previous sleep medicine experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know while paying you to learn.

As a Sleep Technologist, you'll develop valuable skills in:

Your Paid Training Includes

  • 5-week paid training program
  • 2 weeks of classroom instruction and hands-on learning
  • 3 weeks of overnight clinical mentoring with experienced Sleep Technologists
  • Ongoing support from dedicated trainers and mentors

After successfully completing the program, you'll transition into a full-time Sleep Technologist role.

Compensation

  • Paid training from Day One
  • Starting wage: $17/hour  during 5 week training
  • Increase to $23/hour after 5 week training
  • With Step Increases after successful completion of below Milestones:
    • Increase to $28/hour after earning your RPSGT credential

What You'll Do

As a Sleep Technologist, you'll help diagnose sleep disorders that affect thousands of patients every year by:

  • Preparing patients for overnight sleep studies
  • Applying monitoring equipment and sensors
  • Monitoring patient safety and sleep data throughout the night
  • Recording clinical observations
  • Working closely with physicians to provide accurate diagnostic information
  • Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
