A well-established mechanical and building automation contractor is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join their Seattle-based team. This full-time role supports automation projects across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and government facilities. Position Details:
  • Title: Controls Engineer

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working as a Controls Engineer or in a similar BAS-focused role
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD for BAS design and documentation
  • Ability to interpret plans, mechanical specifications, submittals, and controls drawings
  • Familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of programming, commissioning, and system startup procedures
  • Capable of creating Bill of Materials, ordering equipment, and supporting project scheduling

Key Responsibilities:
