Your mission
  • Supervise a small team delivering high-quality industrial automation installations.
  • Champion safety and workmanship standards on every task.
  • Coordinate with project managers to keep objectives and schedules aligned.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical problems swiftly to maintain momentum.
  • Mentor electricians, sharing techniques that raise the bar for the whole crew.
  • Stay agile as priorities shift in a dynamic environment.
  • Travel as needed to project sites nationwide.
What it takes
  • Journeyman Electrician license in good standing.
  • History of leading crews and delivering results.
  • Introductory knowledge of control systems; we’ll provide additional training for the right hire.
  • Desire to keep learning and growing in industrial automation.
  • Strong communicator with a positive, team-first approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. as projects require.
