Our client, a leading Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firm, is seeking a motivated Concrete Technician Helper to support an ACI-certified technician on active construction projects and in testing environments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction, materials testing, or laboratory operations. No prior experience is required, and the company will provide training and support to help the selected candidate earn their ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification during the contract period.

Day to Day:

  • Assist an ACI-certified technician with concrete testing and inspection activities
  • Drive to construction sites throughout the area to support daily testing operations
  • Lift and carry testing equipment, concrete samples, and materials weighing up to 50+ lbs.
  • Perform equipment calibrations and maintain testing tools to ensure accurate results
  • Collect, prepare, and transport concrete samples for testing
