Job Responsibilities
  • Primarily office-based with occasional field work
  • Projects include land development, site development, and public works
  • Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation
  • Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus
  • Create digital terrain models from field survey data
  • Review and check work for quality control
  • Conduct deed research
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor
  • Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor's attention

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Specialized vocational training is a plus.
  • 2 + years of land survey experience - construction staking is preferred
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D is required
  • Knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisor, and others
  • Willingness and ability to be based in an office and do occasional field work.
