Start your driving career with experienced professionals while beginning to earn immediately after CDL school, debt free. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet based in Springfield, MA. This is a full-time regional dry van position with paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or biweekly home time options. Drivers earn $850 per week during training. After successful completion of the mentor program, you will be assigned your own truck with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.
