As a No Experience CDL B driver, you'll often start with local or regional routes that allow you to be home daily or several times a week, making it easier to maintain a work-life balance compared to long-haul positions. Flexibility and reliability are valued, and you may be assigned less desirable shifts as a newcomer, but consistent performance can open up opportunities for preferred routes and advancement.

What are no experience CDL B jobs?

A class B commercial drivers license (CDL) is a requirement for any job in which your responsibilities include driving a truck or another vehicle with a gross weight in excess of 26,001 pounds or a vehicle that tows another vehicle or trailer which does not exceed 10,000 pounds. CDL B jobs with no experience needed include entry-level work in public transportation, towing, delivery, and garbage disposal, to name just a few. A CDL B holder’s responsibilities differ depending on the field in which they work. For example, as a public bus driver, you need a CDL B license and your duties are to drive a regular route and pick up and drop off passengers. Entry-level commercial cargo jobs have similar duties, but you handle goods and freight rather than people.
