Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced Nanny Manager for a faith centered family in the beautiful Collier Hills neighborhood of Atlanta. This is an incredible long-term opportunity for a professional who truly enjoys becoming an extension of a family and thrives in a dynamic household where no two days are exactly the same. The family has two young children, a sweet, energetic toddler (age 2.5) whoand a joyful, curious 1 year old - with a third baby boy expected later this year. They are looking for someone who is confident caring for multiple young children, has strong newborn experience, and enjoys helping create calm, organized routines that allow the entire household to flourish.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with guaranteed hours. Flexibility is greatly appreciated for occasional earlier mornings when dad is traveling, as well as occasional later evenings, date nights, overnight care, and domestic or international travel a few times each year. The ideal candidate is energetic, active, and loves getting outdoors, planning engaging activities, visiting parks, encouraging developmental milestones, and creating fun, enriching days for children. The family follows consistent routines and values age-appropriate structure, including Babywise principles, wake windows, and an eat-play-sleep schedule. Experience with newborns, introducing solids and homemade purees, bottle preparation, and supporting developmental milestones is highly preferred.
Beyond exceptional childcare, this role includes various household management responsibilities. The family would love someone who genuinely enjoys cooking healthy family meals, meal planning, grocery shopping, creating shopping lists, and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping, children's organization, toy rotations and sanitization, bottle washing, etc.They are looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, service-minded, and takes pride in helping a busy family thrive. The family hopes to find someone who enjoys working as part of a team, embraces a "jump in and help" mentality.
