Team360 Staffing is partnering with a leading American manufacturer of high-voltage systems and electromagnetic components to hire a dependable Assembly Worker I.

Position Overview

The Assembly Worker I is responsible for assembling and processing precision components used in the manufacturing of magnetic products. This role involves following process instructions, operating production equipment, handling materials safely, performing quality inspections, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and process components according to work instructions.
  • Prepare parts for production, coating, curing, and finishing.
  • Operate production equipment and manufacturing tools safely.
  • Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment when required.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and follow process sheets and production instructions.
  • Handle chemicals and production materials in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Assembly experience required.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow process sheets and work instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
  • Forklift experience is a plus; certification is not required.
  • Experience working with chemicals or material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
