Job description

Process Technician – Injection & Blow Molding | $24–$32/hr + Bonus
Auburn, NY Area | Onsite | Direct Hire


Growing plastics manufacturer near Auburn, NY is hiring Process Technicians for both day and night shifts. No degree needed- we'll train the right person out of high school, military, or trade school. Come build a real career with a company that promotes from within! 


Pay & Schedule

  • $24.00–$32.00/hour based on experience
  • Profit-based company bonus
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts (day or night), every other weekend
  • Healthcare starts day one (company covers ~87%), dental & vision included
  • 401(k) with 50% match up to 6%
  • PTO and flexible holiday scheduling


What You'll Do

  • Operate and troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment
  • Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and mold changeovers
  • Complete daily machine checks and documentation
  • Keep production running safely and efficiently


What We're Looking For

  • No formal education required — hands-on aptitude and reliability matter most
  • Injection molding experience a plus (not required for entry-level)
  • Strong, stable work history
  • Team player ready to grow into a long-term technician career
