  • Department: Med Surg - 4N
  • Employment Type: Regular
  • Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, 36 hours per week (7 PM - 7 AM), with every third weekend required

  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with pediatric hematology/oncology is advantageous.
  • Shift Differentials: Available for night and weekend shifts

Role Overview

The RN will deliver direct nursing care in alignment with the established policies, procedures, and protocols of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee patient care plans, ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and communication of patient conditions.
  • Act as the primary coordinator among various disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
