Do you love being part of a compassionate care-giving team? We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Supportive Care Worker to join our Home Care and Private Duty Services team. In this role, you will interact directly with clients providing comfort, companionship, and assistance with daily living needs in a manner that leads to high levels of patient satisfaction. You will use your dedication, compassion and strong communication skills to serve as a vital link between our clients and their continued independence always with the patients’ health and wellbeing at the forefront of our decisions. This position is open to full-time, part-time and as need (PRN) applicants. Education and Experience:

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of geriatric experience preferred

Licensure, registration or certification:

· Current Certified Nurse Aide (C.N.A.)

· Home Health Aide (H.H.A.) licensure in state of Kansas a plus!

· Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s license required.

· Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) will be required, and complete on hire if needed
