Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Executive and become a driving force behind our growth and client success! In this energetic role, you will leverage your passion for sales, business development, and customer relationship management to identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and close high-value deals. The Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving Bees360’s growth by leveraging their deep industry knowledge and established relationships with insurance carriers to accelerate the sales cycle. This individual will be responsible for selling Bees360’s AI-powered property inspection solutions, expanding relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the property and casualty insurance market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, deep expertise in underwriting inspection services, and a strong network within the insurance industry.

The Sales Account Executive at Bees360 will oversee the activities and performance of the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This includes mentoring and coaching team members, setting individual and team goals, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with company objectives. The role involves managing sales pipelines, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and providing regular feedback to drive continuous improvement. The Sales Executive will also facilitate collaboration with other departments, resolve conflicts, and foster a results-oriented, supportive team environment.

Duties
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process for Bees360’s AIdriven inspection services, from prospecting to closing, and ensure consistent growth in revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the property insurance industry, including carriers, underwriters, and brokers.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities with regional and national insurance carriers to expand Bees360’s footprint in the market.
  • Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating Bees360’s value proposition and the impact of our solutions on their operations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client needs and product features.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline development, and market insights to the executive team.
  • Required Skills/Abilities
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the property insurance industry, particularly in underwriting inspections or related services.
  • Industry Connections: Established relationships with key decisionmakers at property insurance carriers, underwriting firms, or related industry players.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on long sales cycles typical in B2B insurance solutions.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with insurance carriers, managing complex deal structures and highvalue contracts.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to different client needs.
