This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to support business growth and sales performance.

As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with Sales and leadership teams across the Americas to maintain and analyze sales data, support forecasting and budgeting activities, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making. You’ll play a central role in preparing reports, tracking performance against targets, and supporting weekly and monthly business reviews

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and analyze accurate sales and operations data to support business planning, performance tracking, and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and account performance.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives across the American
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform business development efforts and drive growth opportunities.
• Other duties assigned by the audit department and Nitto’s management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of business planning experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Desired proficiency in Japanese language to support cross-regional communication and collaboration.
• Advanced technical expertise in Excel (including VBA and Power Query) as well as Power BI; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support complex business initiative's.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range is $90,000 - 100,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.

This position follows standard business hours and offers a hybrid schedule of up to two remote days and three in-office days per week after onboarding (up to three months).
